Would have to be the Flight benefits.

Cons

No home life because the job is so demanding, it would be different if you were making decent money, but when you look at your paycheck you just say to yourself "I worked my butt off, and missed out on so much of my personal life, for this?"

Pros

Flight Benefits are the only reason for working for this company in this position. Offer stand-by flights for employee and immediate family free.

Cons

Max pay rate is nowhere near what it should be. Company does not value employees in the least bit. I have worked in the industry for 5 years and has steadily decreased for regional employees. Pay is continually cut and benefits decreased. They expect more work with less employees for less pay.
