Bad culture.

Pros

If you like working around aircraft it’s not bad.

Cons

Night shifts were a total mess. Extremely poor leadership. Bullying was rampant. They WILL force you to do overtime against your will, especially if you’re on a white pass and can’t get around the airport on your own yet. They use a “People” computer system to record sickness absences even if the staff doesn’t know how to use it and ignore emails asking to be taught. They will sack you and not even tell you if you go off sick with an injury.
