As a ramp supervisor, I am asked to do 5 individual jobs at once at my small airport, where at a larger airport they have several people for that.

Pros

Working for an airline should be seen as prestigious work. The work itself is fun and rewarding!

Cons

Terrible pay and benefits, basically no training for new agents, supervisors or managers! Leading to disfunction when no one knows policies and are just making things up as they go. HR doesnt even help when bringing claims of agents being violent or managers harrassing agents.
