More stress than normal, never receive support from manager, short staffed constantly

Horrible Working environment

The only thing good about this job is having 3 days off and being able to switch your line of service every 6 months.

Cons

I work on the Ramp. Senior management justify employees being ignorant and bigoted by saying that’s just the culture of the Ramp. There are alot of supervisors who were promoted just because they were apart of the military but do not know how to work with civilians and are cut throat with people to protect their egos. There’s not a lot of diversity here. Mainly black Americans, male and straight. do not expect to be able to just do your job here and have down time. You have to deal with there politics if you want to be able to do your job comfortably or you’ll be teased, harrassed and made fun of if you can’t deal with your co workers rude behavior. This job will turn you into to something your not just to get through your shift. Save your mind and your time and do not apply.
