Pros
- Generous 1-month onboarding - Generous vacation days (when you can take them) - Supportive coworkers and direct managers - can take care of errands during workday (when possible) due to remote work environment
Cons
- low pay for the industry and for the heavy workload - put in awkward situations and guilted to do tasks outside of the scope of your position when teammates are not pulling their weight and management doesn’t address the real issue of those teammates selectively not doing the tasks they should be doing - large team - not strict with SLAs - high volume of DSPs to learn and launch campaigns - work unpredictable hours - burnout
