Pros

* Good people * Good work environment * Decent benefits

Cons

* Always be ready to move on as the company frequently changes directions resulting in layoffs (no advanced notice) * Business is too depended on very few clients making the sustainability very bad especially when one of those clients move on * No concrete direction time passes

Pros

- Smart, courteous, talented and professional employees - Admirable company initiatives - Office has a roof - Unlimited PTO

Cons

- Culturally this isn't the same company as when I started - Overstocking of management (about a third of the company is filled by a manager or VP). Kind of concerning... - No clear roadmap of where Unified is heading - Transparency issues from upper management. - Very cramped office (the pump room is located in the lobby) - Hiring concerns regarding nepotism

Solid Company To Grow Your Career

Pros

-2 founders of the company heavily invested in managing a strong company. They are all-in with Unified and put in their all day after day. -Fun, caring workplace with great HR that realizes how important morale is. Perks included occasional catered breakfasts and lunches, holiday events, a fun lounge area, Fond membership, and more. -Lot of room for growth for new employees. People are often promoted internally rather than external hires; many other employees who have been around 4+ years. -Good list of high-profile clients including ones that have worked with Unified for 5+ years.

Cons

-Morale took a hit with recent layoffs and management could have responded sooner with some quick fixes but were abundantly cautious. -Physical office space itself can be awkwardly cramped or too empty. The office space hasn't done a great job of fitting the needs of the employees as Unified ages.
