Pros

Unified is by far the best company I have ever worked for! The culture is one that I am so happy to be a part of. Everyone here cares for you and your well-being and wants you to succeed. From Entry level positions to Executives, everyone is so accessible and friendly. I love the direction the company is heading and the continued customer service we provide to our clients.

Cons

I really have nothing bad to say about Unified! I genuinely am happy to be here and to come into work everyday without worrying about being unhappy or having to work to a certain time when asked to.

Pros

If you want to do something, you always have the opportunity to pitch it to those who can hep you accomplish it. We have many employee-started events and projects that began with an idea and grew into a regular event with support from leadership and stakeholders. Work with super smart, talented people. Great training programs for those looking to put in the extra work and learn something outside of your typical role. Both of the cofounders are super approachable and accessible, and they personally put a lot into making sure Unified has a great culture. It's a startup.

Cons

It's a startup: I put this as a pro and a con, because it is. Just like working for a large corporation has its pros and cons. Just be aware that it's a startup and set the correct expectations for what that means, and it's no longer a con.

Pros

Very strong managers and manager training High employee engagement for both work and extra curricular activities like wine club or volunteering club Strong performance culture with paths to promotion for every role

Cons

Frugal-looking office space with less panache than many tech companies Two business units (software + managed services) adds to learning curve about Unified as a whole Face time focused culture where remote work is less frequent, even when employees are encouraged to work remotely
