      Pros

      Most importantly, the people. Loved my co-workers, and made life-long friends at Unified. The company initiatives around wellness, employee development, team bonding, etc. There are always events to look forward to - happy hours, parties, outings, etc. There's always a variety of coffee, beer, snacks, etc in the office. A lot of autonomy around scheduling, work from home, personal appointments, etc. Convenient office location. Fair compensation. Excellent benefits - I'll miss my Unified health care plan a lot.

      Cons

      The main con is that it's a fast-paced environment, where employee expectations are high. That wasn't a con for me - I enjoyed being challenged and trying new things. If those sound like cons to you, you probably wouldn't enjoy working at Unified.
