      Pros

      You will be entertained thats for sure. Exec team stands in front of the company and contradicts itself all the time. They haven't been very open about answering questions about career or compensation. They praise the teams up until the launch then they stab the people doing the work.

      Cons

      If you believe in karma, run like hell from Unified Social, because they're due to get majorly f'ed over. They've thrown so many people under the bus that it's only a matter of time before it catches up with them. Company as no clue how to make a decent applications.

      Pros

      Definitely the sort of place where you will work hard, but extremely rewarding as you are doing it with people who you actually want to be around. Strong comp plans and overall they try to keep the environment and culture laid back and fun. Senior management is very accessible and willing to listen.

      Cons

      Its still a growing company so process can be a weakness.

      Pros

      Unified is a great company to work for you. We are experiencing tremendous growth which translates to a lot of personal growth opportunities. Everyone is a pleasure to work with and its great to all share in the vision. We all work hard and play hard.

      Cons

      Communications between departments can be improved.
