Pros

Unilever has a great reputation for taking experimental steps towards innovative marketing communication. It's also a great training organization, with high emphasis placed on training new hires. My manager has also been really great in helping me seek additional training to support me in my projects. Cons

Cons

- Lack of upward mobility - Promotions take too long - Experience pre-MBA not counted towards timing for promotions - Jobs keep getting larger - workload doubles without pay increase -Manager jobs keep getting consolidated...two jobs are now one. - Takes a long time to get promoted...3 to 4 years - Base pay and bonus not competitive
