Pros

-Fantastic brands and smart people -Opportunities to work on world-class campaigns and learn as you go -Flexible working hours

Cons

-If you are a US-based talent (esp MBA) beware-you are too expensive to move too far up the ladder. There is definitely a ceiling that most will not overcome -Global structure meant many decisions were not made by anyone under a director level (local biz excluded) so it can be hard to feel empowered -Severely underpaid vs competitive companies

Pros

Ice cream, benefits are okay, not much else, pay is below standard for the industry, and they do offer training but not much else

Cons

No one knows how to make decisions, if you don't have a 4 year degree you don't count and that's just wrong, accountability is nil for anyone in senior management, they push back when you show them deficiencies even though you have 20+ years of experience, no degree=no opinion or input
