Unilever has global reach, what opens up great opportunities for career, as well as for interacting with different cultures and business realities. Unilever is also a "corporate university", where one can learn in practice all the good corparate practices, rituals and ways of working of modern management.

Cons

As Unilever has great and strongly acknowledge brands, it tends to be quite averse to risk. Moreover, as in any large organization, it might take a while for one to learn all the power paths in the organization for putting all the gears at work...
