Working from home, Company store, friendly and supportive environment and great teams.

Cons

Trumbull is not a highly populated area. The environment is more suitable for people with families.

Extensive Training locally and overseas Career growth opportunities Option and encouragement to switch roles internally to get more exposure Different backgrounds are encouraged at recruitment

Cons

Can get lost in the system unless high performer due to the number of employees Hierarchical communication Still has some old culture or Boss/Subordinate, but slowly dying out Older employees get threatened by 'new thinking and new blood'.

Company is solid financially - too bad they closed the plant - not sure they understand the ice cream business now.

Cons

Too bad they closed the plant and consolidated operations. They lost their core ice cream knowledge and competence in manufacturing and marketing.
