Pros

Some great people and highly intelligent co-workers, good pay and benefits, some great brands

Cons

The company doesn’t seem to teach anyone how to manage people so many individuals who are good “doers” get promoted simply because they can hit numbers yet have no business managing others. Team unhappiness is simply overlooked as long as growth is being generated. Politics run rampant here with global vs local often fighting and people jockeying for power. It makes the environment exhausting and burns employees out.

Pros

Some of its good brands

Cons

They don’t care about the employees They are layyoff pregnant women and women on maternity leave For a progressive company that seems to care about women’s career progression and equity, they are doing the opposite
