1. concept of responsibility to community and planet core to values 2. great training programs 3. clear roles, responsibilities and KPIs

Cons

Few women leaders and women have fewer opportunities than men - I don't think it's any worse than the whole world, but I expected more from a company that pays lip service to wanting to be better
