Pros

Overall a great company with high quality colleagues. Learning and exposure is unparalleled and if given the opportunity, you will rotate across different brands & categories - strengthening your learning not only in Insights per se, but also in Shopper, Media, Digital, Innovation, Social Analytics and Business Partnering. One of the few companies where after you leave, you would have reflected that you have pioneered many aspects of the Insights function, oftentimes light years away from your next company

Cons

Like in all companies, there is politics that one would need to navigate. But overall, managers and directors and VPs would be supportive
