Pros

Products, some of the people. Products and some of the people since I need 20 words and there aren't 20 pros.

Cons

Leadership (lack of), favoritism, have to be in the club to survive comfortably. Some of the people. Pay (lack of). Does not care about the people. Safety is important until it interferes with production.

Pros

Big international company and great experience for future. Strengthens your ability to act independently and take your own initiative.

Cons

Seems to be a new direction every month. They are hot on unnecessary business jargon i.e. "touch base" and whatever buzz word/phrase the CEO has most recently used. As for career progression, you better like schmoozing - not what you know but who you know. Many employees not willing to understand the full process but rather just their task.
