Pros

Globally recognized and diverse product line. Great company for individuals with the end justifies the means mentality.

Cons

Not a true team environment. Individual achievement promoted even at cost of counter productivity to team members. Lack of true leadership. No loyaltiy to employees only to profit and self agenda. Time and cost valued greater than meeting consumer requirements. Passes increase cost of benefits to employees and reduces benefits to offset company cost.

Pros

- Great brands, creative marketing - Friendly, outgoing people - Collaborative Environment - Good benefits

Cons

- Favors fast-thinking, loud, talkative marketers. If you don't fit the mold, move on. - Recent reorganization was poorly handled, and means more work for same pay at every level - No work-life balance in marketing, leads to burn out
