Pros

I worked for Garnier product. Good exposure, especially for skincare lines. There is also some free samples that you can try on.

Cons

The payment was not so satisfying. Only received rm100 after 12 hours of working.

Pros

You are rewarded for raising your hand and contributing meaningfully, so growth opportunities exist if you want to reach for them. Lots of professional development resources available. Strong leadership.

Cons

Large multi-national corporation, so many bureaucracies and siloed workstreams. Culture is very dependent on what business unit you are embedded in, I'm lucky to be in a good one...

Cons

Huge workloads. Unending organization changes. Culture has really deteriorated over time.
