Cons
Foods business isn't doing as amazingly as they want so there are tons of hire freezes and downsizing going on. They seem to take away more and more of the "perks" of working here every year. If you are in the Lisle group it is much smaller and every year people wonder how much longer the office there is going to last. The only other location (for non-plant workers) is Englewood Cliffs, NJ or Trumbull, CT which doesn't leave many options. They are currently changing systems and none of it was thought out well. North America needs to take all specifications from Europe yet there are different standards and regulations that it just isn't working. IT is outsourced to India so it's almost impossible to get your computer issues fixed.
