The coworkers at my school were great. Leaders and the principal were great and supportive. All around wonderful community. Medical insurance for individual is cheap.

Cons

During covid teachers were stripped of their protection due to BOE leaders. Covid pay was taken away, nothing was left to really protect us. Pay is not great for teachers. Retirement benefits got worse. Ever tried buying a decent house on a starting teachers salary?
