Working with children. Making sure the can eat.

Cons

The Director is a narcissist. Sometime you will work from 6 am to 6 pm when you need to go to meeting. You will be threatened to clock out if you cannot get all the work done. You will work many hours with no pay. As a manager you can never call out sick.
