Some of the schools are really good. They manage an excellent system for subs to ensure they had job availability and an easy time finding the class.

Cons

Faculty behavior may vary. I've somewhat blacklisted myself from certain schools just because some of the teachers who I subbed for were intentionally rude, not because of my performance, but because they felt I was unneeded.
