Large school district, but doesn't feel that way as an employee. People remember you and overall at my school and within the county everyone is very positive. UCPS has been supportive of teachers in my experience, but it is the only county I have taught in.

Cons

Because it is a large district, the schools vary widely. Often, decisions are made for the entire county that do not fit the needs of all of our students. Students on my end of the county have more needs than other students and we are often left out of the equation.
