Pros

The people are great, from office staff, to custodians, to the teachers. The county supplement is decent and there are lots of resources available to teachers.

Cons

Teaching is not what it used to be. The bureaucracy within the county and the state has become an obstacle to the true goal of education which is providing students with the skills and knowledge they need to become productive citizens. Union Co. is no exception

Great schedule and teamwork! Great opportunity to get teaching experience!

Cons

The pay should be increased since it is only 22 hours a week. But its a great job for college students and retired people, not for people looking to survive with big bills such as rent, car payments and etc..
