Questionable hiring practices

Pros

The only pro is money. If and only if they honor the agreements they signed. Which is not 100%

Cons

They have recently contracted out their hiring screening to a third party. This is to mitigate responsibility for employing violent offenders. So now your family member or yourself can be alone for 12 to 18 hours a day. With a convicted violent felon, rapist, or chimo. They have mistreated people to the point even hiring bonuses don't work so they just remove the bar. They allow these people to work with highly dangerous chemicals and heavy equipment. Through the back yards of everyone in America.

Pros

Great competitive salary and benefits.

Cons

Disrespectful employees, manager favoritism and senior guys look down on the junior guys.
