Pros

Reasonable pay, work is easy and repetitive once you learn it, no work to take home and due to hours of service laws you can only work a maximum of nine hours a day

Cons

Most managers are clueless with little to no people skills, it is shift work so be prepared to work nights or on call for at least 2 years, rules in place that make no sense and if you ask why they tell you "because that,s the way we have always done it, you will only get two weeks vacation to start and you can work you way up to five weeks after 25 years. Health care is a high deductible plan, and you need to schedule vacation one year in advance and it can be a hassle to get it changed
