Pros

An amazing work force despite the poor leadership and the senior level. Middle and lower managers are beat down. Education benefits are fair. Pension Wages

Cons

- Employees are intimidated not to report issues- ethical or otherwise - Employees that report issues are ostracized; it is a career killer - Management health care benefits are horrible (high deductible- $5500) - Profit over employee satisfaction - Safety is viewed as a cost cost benefit ratio not as a culture - Poor morale - Poor employee engagement - Senior leadership - belittles, berates, and make sarcastic comments at the smallest suggestions by safety managers. - Major cronyism- people that will not speak up about the real issues will move up- - furious conversation and candor is a myth and a career killer, even though it is spoke of as a culture
