Pros

RR retirement IF you make good money. That is it. Other RRs have retirement and a whole lot more they can offer one.

Cons

Terrible management in Chicago Commuter Operations. Safety of these trains is not a concern until they get caught by the FRA. Just get them out on time! They can care less about YOU! I was lied to about the $ and job description. Put me and my family in a very bad situation.
