Pros

Opportunity for advancement is definitely there for those with the right demeanor and willingness to put in the hours. Prospect for continued growth is great with the established brand and footprint of franchise. Field manager position is significantly different than office job in Omaha.

Cons

Hours, you can never do enough to satisfy the company. Field management positions are drastically different from Omaha jobs. 60 to 70 hr weeks are not uncommon and working your days off to satisfy requirements.

Pros

Decent Salary, Benefits, Retirement (if vested....5+ years)

Cons

If working in the field as a Manager (Transportation, etc) this is not the place for females.....it is very much a male dominated field.......Female Managers will most likely be treated well by TE&Y employees, it is the Male Managers that are the problem....... The hours are normally 12-15 hrs a day, 24/7....including holidays/weekends, you are on 'duty' all the time........they call you even when on vacation........if you don't anwer the phone, you are considered insubordinate..... Lack of support from upper management..........lack of respect, integrity!!
