Pros

Retirement. If you are not laid off you will make more money than most of the managers you deal with.

Cons

The system of management bonuses leads to dishonesty and poor decisions as they all try to shift everything onto someone else's budget. Management is taught to despise the workforce. Taking as little as one day off per month from 24/7 on call makes you a D list employee. Management bonuses are partially based on "catching" people doing something wrong, more dishonesty. You won't be able to work year round for as much as your first ten years.

Pros

Amazing Benefits Supportive of Healthy Lifestyle

Cons

Perception based management structure. As long as you are perceived in a good way then you are good. This results in finger pointing, rarely see it but if there were to be one con I would say this.

Pros

There are none , nothing but lies and homework

Cons

They lied to us about our pay for training, saying $140 to $150 a day. When we started we were given all day class work and 4 to 5 hours a night of class work, and told we would only get $10 bucks an hour and only for the time in class which was 8 hours a day.
