These notes are based company pre-coivd. Legacy status restaurant which guaranteed traffic. Loss of culture and heavy growing pains due to fast track for growth.

Legacy status restaurant (pre-covid) which guaranteed traffic. Very complicated culture due to fast track for growth. Pro tip - Carefully review employee handbook. Never sign or add signature to a Forced Arbitration or Mandatory Arbitration agreement.
