Pros

You'll work with great and experienced professionals in a celebrated and successful restaurant group. Employees are treated professionally and respectfully. Diverse workforce regarding race, gender, sexual orientation.

Cons

Most of the top of leadership are still white guys. Salaried workers are overworked, running around putting out fires all the time. Hourly employees are paid bare minimum. Zealous observance of not going overtime, even if they are in the weeds. Sudden menu changes with little time for preparation have employees running around and creates food and beverage waste.
