      Investors are above all, you dont really matter. It is all about money, and image is all fake.

      Pros

      Great benefits and culture. Lots of room for movement and advancement. Overall positive work environment. Work life balance encouraged to all staff.

      Cons

      Low end of competitive salary. They develop staff from within and pay entry level managers on the lower end of the market.

      Pros

      -learning opportunities are available -you are surrounded by very talented chefs -the food is sourced through ethical and sustainable channels -food and beverage is excellent and creative -good hours for a restaurant -good benefits -it is fun to work in a museum

      Cons

      -asst. managers are inexperienced and clearly do not have mentors teaching them -absentee general manager -there is a lack of presence from executive leadership. there should be a monthly check-in to see how we are doing. -managers have poor communication with staff. (Ex. Still have not received feedback from the employee survey that was taken months ago) -disconnect between CEO's message and what is actually going on day-to-day
