      Pros

      Positive work environment, open door policy at all levels of the company. Always room for moving up with many great sources for furthering education. A well known and highly respected company in New York with many philanthropic leaders.

      Cons

      No cons, as long as you are willing to work hard and put in the effort required you will see the benefits of working in this restaurant group.

      Pros

      Very motivated group of people passionate about the culinary arts. Everyone takes the job seriously and that can make it very intense at times. In general though it is a great place to learn and gain access to some awesome venues.

      Cons

      The hours are extremely long especially during days where there are events. You may arrive at 8:00am and leave at 12:00am.
