Incredible training program. If you are cable of passing the long and extensive training, you can serve/bartend/manager anywhere.

*Co-workers were some of the best I've had. Everyone got along well and was genuinely friendly *Good benefits including 401(k) mathcing, healthcare, and PTO *Company name carries weight in related industries

Cons

*Job advancement, while definitely possible, was on their schedule and terms despite previous promises * Work/life balance was a little off. you were sort of expected to take extra shifts
