Pros

Great array of restaurants within the group. Loyal patronage across varying styles of dining experiences. Excellent benefits program. 50% employee discount at all restaurants. Members are extremely professional.

Cons

Can be too corporate at times. HR involved in problems that can be resolved with proper management. No holiday party (multiple years) to thank employees, all while announcing "milestone" profits.
