Toxic people environment, staff are over worked and threatened with warnings for not working overtime. Experienced staff get made redundant and replaced by inexperienced and unskilled workers. They claim to invest in their staff but it’s only a way of getting government grants. If you can be replaced by someone on £1 an hour less they will do it, regardless of your ability, loyalty or years of service

NOT a professional environment. Lots of unpaid overtime, if paid salary. Cheap on travel per diem and expense reports are often picked apart over pennies. No privacy to focus on the tasks at hand. Everything is top priority at all times and projects are often under-timed so you're pressured to complete mountains of work each day. Management is controlling may blame you for their mistakes, whenever possible. Late night meetings. Count on being interrogated for taking any time off, especially sick days. Working from home is heavily frowned upon. The cons FAR outweigh the pros. Be smart and avoid this company.
