Pros

Brand awareness. It is one of the most famous company in Japan, so many people will recognize you as a Uniqlo guy.

Cons

You will sacrifice everything for the company. After you pour all the resources and stamina for the work, you will be exhausted and don't know what you are living for. After few years of career in this company, you will find yourself suffering in the toughest company in Japan, with ZERO money in your bank account.

Pros

50% discount on all clothes including sale 3 month review - you can get double promotions as well; promotions can come quite quickly. If you survive the Assistant Management phase you'll be ok.

Cons

Pay can be lacking somewhat.

Pros

good pay, fast hours (due to how busy it is)

Cons

NO management communication, was given positives ONLY when about to leave, TERRIBLE time management, left around 1-3am on a daily basis when only scheduled until 11pm; then given slack if tried to leave early (early meaning 1230am), OLD OLD OLD POS systems from 2000. 10 years old, employees treated as disposable which only continued the cycle
