      As a fresher, lots of things to learn from when you get in to product dev. Flexible work timings WFH options There is no variable pay

      Cons

      Moderate pay compared to other product companies Onsite opportunities

      Work is decent. Very good and helpful team to work with

      Cons

      Where to start from, let's see: Very bad work environment No work-life balance (Working around 11-12 hours from last 1.5 years) No work from home option (my Team) Higher management doesn't give a damn about you. Forget newer Technology No scope of career/personal growth Just fires/hires employees at the same time Forget about team outings or any other team building exercises.
