Company is good and culture bit job security is not there

Colleagues and teams looks good

Cons

Salary pay is very less compared to Market. Suddenly release the project without intimation. After that two months bench they will release candidate suddenly. Bench policy is not good here . At least two months gap there is no projects calls. Even I worked almost 14 hours in a day .
