      Not a bad place to start working as an expat, but would not recommend to stay there for a long time

      Pros

      Working on dedicated VIP accounts is pretty good - as usually it is a smaller team and more interesting tasks. Easy to start your career in IT especially when you recently moved to the country

      Cons

      Management is not doing enough to help you with a growth within company. Many people leave before trial period ends, so you always work double while there is no new team member. No appreciation of dedicated responsible employees who stayed with a comany for a long time. Lower salary than in other similar IT companies

      Old project has good clients good cab facility

      New ones dont have clients. Less internal openings. Few are old projects
