      It is an University, Unisys form you as a great Professional and then you can use that experience everywhere else

      Not many - constant reorgs and layoffs due to senior leadership strategies continuously changing

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than typical and extremely low (or no) raises. Constant layoffs, not considering the talent, and then the workload just goes up for remaining associates. Forcing everyone back into the office, even though job does not interact with local associates and originally hired 8 years ago as remote.
