      Training time was adequate, and the location was good for my needs. Good first experience in the field.

      Paycheck (however small it may be) Virtually Unlimited PTO (as long as you perform well)

      Certifications don’t make any difference in pay, no matter how many you have or obtain while working here. Managers pick and choose promotional opportunities in a very “cliquey” manner. Wage increases rarely occur (when they do it is insignificant) Cost of living adjustment is a phrase Unisys knows nothing about. High on unconstructive criticism, low on recognition or reward. REGULARLY violates ADA and EEOC laws.
