Pros
A good portfolio of services that clients pay a lot of money for, mission critical stuff like financial transaction services, BPO, mainframe services and a very impressive network security offering.
Cons
Extremely siloed organization consisting of four business units and a token CEO that has no decision-making authority. The average age of the company is very high, lots of gray hair and multi-decade tenured people... which is not bad in and of itself. BUT, most employees are resistant to change, continue to do things as they always have, and they have lost touch with modern technology and business practices. Everything moves very slowly.
