      Employees work hard, long hours with a great attitude and true dedication.

      Cons

      Management doesn't foster gratitude and respect of global employees. With so much executive churn we are constantly going through "transformations" that do not resonate with the employees. The culture and people first attitude of those in management is severely lacking.
