Pros
Generally good people. Individual team managers care about their people and stand up for them as they can.
Cons
Team managers have little ability to resist policies handed down from higher levels. The last year or two, time off became increasingly hard to get, especially for vacations of any length. Absolutely impossible to get approved for holiday travel of any sort. Lots of pressure to get service calls resolved or escalated within a few minutes whether issue was actually resolved or not even if it could be resolved with a little more time.
