Pros

I got paid more working at Unisys than any other job I've had (that's with consistently earning the max bonus for performance.

Cons

Unisys is very heartless and seems to view employees more like machines instead of people. Everything is systematic and based on numbers and metrics, forcing employees to stick to scripts and conform.
