      Pros

      Great people work there, very dedicated and professional. Enjoyed working with the account teams solving issues when they arose and mot of all trying to prevent issues.

      Cons

      Top management turn over and changes in direction.

      Call center work is not for everyone. It may not be the right job for me, but to each their own.

      Pros

      Higher pay for the work, it is 24/7 so there are various schedules that are available for peoples lifestyles, the tech chats are usually pretty fast at helping when you have questions.

      Cons

      Training is limited, more of a number then a person, stats drive everything, more concerned with Georgia call center then Salt Lakes, very click-ish.
