Decent short term jobs, not long term

Pros

Good for gaining experience in the IT industry, and getting a degree or certifications. They offer tuition and/or certification reimbursement

Cons

Low pay. Raises are few and always percentage based, even when changing roles or advancing to new positions. Layoffs happen too often.
